Only 30 cdr copies were made previously before the album was rediscovered by Kranky who has gladly reissued this wonderful album. The songs written with acoustic guitar, have a calm hypnotically concentrated inspiration, with a gloomy candle light warm effect, filling up the atmosphere. The songs more are like moody pastoral song paintings, played with spinning pickings and a few minimal effects (cymbal, stroked metal, reverbed fuzz guitar or acoustic guitar as a small background touch with also an environmental reverbed loop of an orchestra tuning). Recommended listen !
